Cutting
We have two cutting tables of our own, which allows us to cut an average of 8,400 meters per day, which equals an average of 16,000 units per day.
Making
We have our own facility of 25 modules (310 people) with experience in flat and circular knitting, with high-tech and sustainable machinery, which allows us to guarantee the production of 22 thousand units per day.
Quality and Packaging
Our quality control and packaging area, made up of 50 people, allows us to give that final finish so that the garments meet our customers standards. Our capacity is around 20,000 units per day on average.
Exports
We make direct cargo exports to 5 countries: Ecuador, Peru, Guatemala, Costa Rica, and Chile. With more than 5 years of experience in these processes and policies, we can guarantee this type of service to any other zone.
